Calm & Connect Day Program
Guided mindful movement • Accessible yoga and calming breathing practices • Creative activities • Relaxation
Calm & Connect. A day program supporting wellbeing, connection, and confidence for NDIS participants who benefit from a slower pace and smaller groups.
Program Overview
A gently structured wellbeing day that includes accessible yoga, mindful movement, breathing practices to support nervous system regulation and a sense of calm, creative activities, and time for connection and relaxation.
The program supports participants to build emotional wellbeing, social connection, and a healthy self care routine in a calm and inclusive environment, particularly for those who benefit from gentle structure, supportive social connection, and a slower, more supportive pace, including those who may feel overwhelmed in larger or busier settings.
Each day balances guided activities with participant choice, with a strong focus on emotional safety, respectful relationships, and person-centred support. Activities are adapted to individual needs and individual NDIS support goals.
